Our DIY balloon kit includes everything that you need to make a 1.8m balloon garland. 
All you need to do is pump up the balloons with our electric balloon pump and slide the balloons into the balloon tape. It is an easy process that takes approx 40 minutes to complete.
Balloon kit includes: Helium grade balloons, balloon garland tape and electric balloon pump hire.
