Our DIY balloon kit includes everything that you need to make a 1.8m balloon garland. 
All you need to do is pump up the balloons with our electric balloon pump and slide the balloons into the balloon tape. It is a super easy process that takes approx 40 minutes to complete.
Balloon kit includes: Helium grade balloons, balloon garland tape and electric balloon pump hire.
